This was the opening act for the 2010 Animation Senior Screenings last last Friday night on 5/14. It went great, the crowd loved it, and I am very happy.

GD thesis update
Okay. Got it down. This is what my thesis is:
“Neat Tips”
A series of short info-motion-graphics about household cleaning/organizing tips.
It’s along the lines of the GOOD Transparency video series, but much shorter; instead of a 4-min social message, it’ll be more like 30-second one-sentence tips. For example:

It'll be about what?!
It’s week two of the spring semester, and I’m still struggling on what exactly should my graphic design thesis be ABOUT.
Format: Series (between 3-6 pieces) of motion graphics shorts. I’m envisioning each short to be somewhere between 15-45 seconds long.
Rough subject ideas so far:
Funny witty sayings/quotes.
How-to’s with a witty/bitter/sarcastic twist. Means...

INTRODUCTION
I am a graphic design major and an animation concentrator here at MICA, graduating this May, meaning it’s THESIS TIME! This whole semester I will be bogged down and busy with two different thesis projects: my REAL thesis in graphic design and my “mini” thesis in animation.
